Hormonal changes
Hormonal changes that occur when someone is experiencing puberty, menopause, stress or taking hormonal medications (eg oral contraceptives) would make the hair become more oily. Oily hair due to hormonal changes usually only temporary.
Genetic
Some people tend to have oily hair and skin that is genetic. This condition will make someone have a more oily hair than others throughout life.
The environment
Environmental factors such as heat or humidity will make the hair more oily. Besides external factors such as sweat, smoke and even excessive makeup will make your hair look greasy greasy. And use of products that are not designed for oily hair types will tend to compound the problem.
