4 Vitamins that Strengthen Brain. Human mental ability decreases with age. There is a very drastic decline and there are still sharp power of thought. Apparently, it was found that omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B, vitamin C, vitamin D, and vitamin E may help maintain mental acuity function.

Researchers measured levels of nutrients in 104 men and women with an average age of 87 years of age. The researchers also performed brain scans to determine brain volume and provides six general test to determine his mental functions. This study was not able to determine that nutritional supplements would reduce the risk of dementia. But what's wrong with eating healthy foods? Fish, fruits, and vegetables have nutrients, and avoid trans fats away is one important thing to do.
